coolant light on c class

hello
my c class coupe coolant light comes on just the symbol not anything else like top up coolant on the display as it does when you unplug the coolant level sensor
but it goes out when the car reaches 90°

all help appreciated

The coolant will have expanded when it reaches temperature so i would say its ever so slightly low but not enough for it to say top up. but don't hold me to this as i could be wrong.
