coolant warning

HI my low level coolant warning is on, I have checked and it appears full, temperature gauge is no different, can any one tell me where the sensor would be if this is the likely problem. 2016 250d GLE AMG premium.

Same engine as mine, 250d? Mine has two coolant reservoirs.

Thank I can see the one on the passenger side of engine, where is the other one??

Mine has a clear one on the passenger side with pink fluid, and a larger black one on the drivers side, both near the front of the car.
