Assuming they haven't changed the law it is 6 months for definite a friend of mine got off before on that technicality... They may have a case if you changed address and they can demonstrate to the court they had tried to contact you… Speak to a lawyer and have him check the dates and respond accordingly... Don’t plead guilty until you find this out!
