This was tucked under the wiper of lots of cars around my way this week. A ploy to pick up stock, or something different? I'm not sure. The flier mentions new uninsured vehicle rules, but as far as I can see the rules haven't changed for 10 years. Maybe they were targeting ULEZ-non-compliant cars for resale outside cities? I should have taken more note of which cars were receiving the flier...
