ok, as i've just dropped a credit card down the dashboard past the vin plate, so that it's disappeared, does anyone know how to get back into the gummins of the dash? It's a W210 E320, I've had the glovebox out in the past to change the legions of pollen/ aircon filters it appears to have, but i can't remember it connecting to the gap between the screen and the dash. it's got a passenger airbag and i'm hoping it's not gonna involve messing with anything near it, don't fancy unplugging the triggers for the bag...
on the upside, after owning it a year and having lots of trouble, it finally seems to have bedded in, got to say it's an amazing machine now, a rocket-ship that handles so bloomin well for a 10 year old estate. I've probably just jinxed it again haven't I...
