Different Shades.

Is there a big difference in same colour shades, there are at least 4 Blacks, Mine is 040. there is a couple of metalic blacks, would one of the other blacks make a big difference if I used a Black door with a different colour code ? I ask because I could do with another door (Drivers) I have been looking for a while now for one in Black, colour code 040.

From experience i would guess that it would be a mile off.

Why not just get one sprayed anyways

The door is damaged, I was hoping to get one same colour code cheaper than a repair.

Even same colour from factory may not match or may even of had it's own respray / damage in the past
