Digital dash nav display fault

Only happens when nav is selected in the centre and the main screen display is fine.

Is there a reset or workaround for this?

Of course but if it’s just a button sequence reset or similar it’ll save taking it in.

As far as I am aware, you're our first member to have an EQE (or EQS). Not sure we can help....

....my own experience was gained in the seventies, the only advice I can offer is to bang on the side of the dash a few times, if that doesn't work than ask the missus to sit in the car and look at the screen while you climb on the roof and move the antenna........

Had my fingers crossed the digi dash issue may have cropped up on other models and easily resolved

Quite probably a firmware issue, or the cabling between COMAND and the instrument cluster control unit - so a dealer job as it's under warranty.

I’m very happy with it so far, even more so now he nav screen has sorted itself
