Digital dash retro fitment

I’m looking at a 2018, 2019 c43

Found a few cars that tick most boxes but they have the dial dash board and really wanted the digital layout

Can you fit the digital dash to the dial set up..??

I can see sone dig dashes on web from £350 and up Ali express etc

But has anyone actually bought one and fitted.??

If yes was it all ok, fitment and function

I may do my self, I am a engineer but may prefer just to send it in to a specialist compsny
