Have a search to see if there is anything that would mean 2 years are missed. There was a thread on here in the past couple of weeks where someone listed all of the various bits in the gearbox relate to selection of different gears e.g. if X fails, you will only be able to select 1 2 3 and 4, but reverse is unaffected, but if you can't select reverse, then it could be this other part of the gear box. Thread was to do with replacing gear box solenoids I think, but I can't find it.
