Put the reg or vin in the online service booking website and it will tell you the last time MB serviced it maybe not helpful for the full history but will give you the last 1

I can’t say 100% but if I remember right, then the mileage displayed in the online service booking was the recorded mileage when the vehicle was last seen by a main dealer, and not necessarily the last time it was serviced.

So for example it could be the mileage at the time of a recall, MOT or free health check. Until someone can confirm for sure then personally I wouldn’t rely on that mileage (in the online service booking) as being the last main dealer service.

On the subject of free health checks, I have come across cars for sale whereby the vendor claims that a (free) health check is the same as a service, and part of a full Mercedes-Benz Service History, despite not having otherwise visited a main dealer for several years!

On the digital service record subject.. My indie always prints off my full service history with each service receipt.. they only work on MB cars.. I find this kind of service keeps me loyal.

Last week my Father decided he wants to sell his car and give up driving. His Skoda has been serviced by the same main dealer from New (8 years) but he had misplaced the service history.
One phone call to the Skoda dealer.. I explained the situation. They asked for the request in an email to an email address they gave me, which I did. 4 hours later.. full service history was emailed to me on Headed paper. Excellent service.

Car sold via Motorway. (for more than expected!) helped along by the service history.

I stopped using MB main dealers because of their poor service and high prices.. they could learn something from other brands.

There is a 2017 c class advertised for sale on our forum website with no service history from 2017 to 2019, service history starts from 39,004, which to me seems very odd, seriously no one serviced a new car upto that mileage.

Summary of History:

08/01/19 - 39,004 Miles - Mercedes Leeds - Scheduled Service + Dust Filter Renewal + AdBlue Refill -
09/07/20 - 61,664 Miles - Craven Stockport - MOT -
17/10/20 - 63,487 Miles - Halfords Manchester - Scheduled Service + Dust Filter Renewal + Air Filter Renewal + Brake Fluid Refill -
24/06/21 - 66,833 Miles - Halfords Manchester - Scheduled Service + Air Filter Renewal + MOT -
13/06/22 - 70,790 Miles - Halfords Manchester - Scheduled Service + Air Filter Renewal + MOT -
71,422 Miles - Mercland Nuneaton - Full Inspection, MOT & Service -

So key items missed include interior pollen filter (24mnths/30k miles), fuel filter (36mnths/45k miles), gearbox oil (75k miles) etc etc. Dust filter should have been done in 22 (every 24mnths/12k miles) and brake fluid change. Time to walk away due to lack of maintainance?

Does anyone know how to find an independent repair garage that can do a service and is able to update my Mercedes online Digital Service Record? I am looking for one in or near Cambridge, but the closest that I have found through a google search is in Peterborough which is a bit far away...
