Displaying POI on Comand NTG2.5

Can anyone tell me how I set the Comand system in my 2008 CLS to show points of interest on the mapping? I've seen others showing petrol stations etc with little logos but mine doesn't and it would be useful! I have looked in the handbook many times but can't figure out! I have Comand NTG 2.5 with the latest disc installed by MB 2 weeks ago. Thanks

I assume that no responses despite 222 views means either

A) No-one knows and I'm not just being dense (unlikely!)

Or, more likely

B) It's such a stupid question that no-one can be bothered to spent minutes of their life that they'll never get back typing a reply!

Can anyone suggest a page number in the manual? Comand does have POI's loaded in it as I can navigate to them.

This is a copy/paste from the US manual:

Setting POI Symbols
You can select which POIs are to be displayed
as symbols on the map. Points of interests
include, for example, gas station, hotels,
cinemas and restaurants.
The following settings are available:
Standard Symbols Displays the factory-set symbols
Personal Symbols You can choose the symbols yourself.
To set: Display menu system if
applicable (Y page 53).
Select Navi£Map Display.
Select Standard Symbols or
Personal Symbols or No Symbols.
If you have selected Personal
Symbols, the list of POIs will be
displayed.
To switch symbol display on/off:
Select the corresponding POI.
Depending on the previous status, the
corresponding symbol displays will be
switched on Ç or offc.
