Distorted bead rim and tyre condition

Looking at a Mercedes Approved 06 CLK. Passed its MOT but with an advisory of 'NS front road wheel. Slightly distorted bead rim'. Tester says 'it is nothing' but cannot seem to explain what it means! If nothing then why mention it? Anyone explain/advise please?

Also on the multi-point Mercedes check sheet I notice one tyre inner, centre, outer is 0 4 0! The rest are 7 7 7, 6 7 7 and 5 5 5. Any thoughts?

Otherwise I like the car and the price seems fair with Tier 1 warranty.

I bet the 040 tire is the front passenger side tire.
And probably the driver's side front tire was changed for a (new/used) one some time after the passenger side tire was fitted.
