<div class="bbWrapper">I have managed to get the distronic system working fully in my c class now. Probably the only one in the planet. (that I know of) It works great. I need to calibrate the radar still. The car dissappears from the instrument cluster after 300 feet so I have it pointed too high or low. I will look into that later. I still need to change my grill in front. I will post pics of the actual working system soon. It was long and hard to get it to work but well worth it. Very nice system. It brakes and accelerates for you. The dial on left of shifter adjusts the distance between the car and you. There is even a warning if you are following to close to car which can be turned off with a button on left of shifter. It required lots of help from Benz head department. I have to thank Steve Krabbenborg (aka Mbenznl), Selvin Thomas in Mercedes Head Software development center, and my mechanic Scott Williams at Mercedes Greenway of Houston. I would not have been able to do it without them.</div>

It allows you to heat the radiator fluid remotely or via preprogrammed timing on the instrument cluster. It has been around for several years and even previous generation benzes like the 202, 210, 208, etc.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">On the CLK, it's fairly easy but would require replacement of the upper radiator brace and maybe the power steering coolers. Installing it's not a big deal. Programming it is. Also, parts may be a problem as the sensor and control unit retail for more than 4 grand unless you buy them used.</div>
