Hi all, just want to ask if anyone has experience with the on car dpf cleaning products where you spray foam into the dpf and then turn on the engine. Is it possible for the liquid to enter into the engine and cause damage? I have a om651 engine so the dpf sits pretty low but still wanted to check...thanks

I am always wary of these. I have seen one car expire in spectacular fashion from doing this.

Removing the DPF (easy on a 651) is a better option. We clean them off the car. It does a better job and it works.

Think you'd need 5 gallon and a pressure washer to get it anywhere near clean. 👍

We have a really good way of doing them that cost effective and works very well. Its a secret this time though.

A furnace ?

I've used this with success.......off the car of course....not expensive either. Just block off the holes (thats the hardest part to be honest!!) and leave it for 24 hours or so. See video of a bloke using it....personally I would not use the jet wash like him!...just a hose.
