DPF WANTED-OZ

Help! I live in OZ and the DPF on my 2011 W164 ML300 is cactus for so many reasons, and there weren’t many of these delivered to OZ so parts are scarce. So I’m trying to buy a DPF, new or used, that has the part number on the casing of: A 164 490 72 36. I don’t mind getting a used one and have it cleaned, that would be my preference, as the price of a new one here is just ridiculous, and they don’t have one anyway and can’t give me a date for one either! So if anyone can point me in the right direction there, or has one, then please let me know. Thanks for any help!
