Dynamic seat

Are there any problems in retro fitting a dynamic pax. seat. If not would anyone have a black leather one to fit W211 E320 (03) I expect they are like hens teeth.

cant be an easy retrofit , both seat would be done ideally and the pump is in the boot, all the vacuum pipes and electrics also needed.

mbenznl is the only person i know who has done this, good luck!
