e 320 cdi glow plugs

just replaced 6 glow plugs after the first day of being fitted the glow plug light has come back on again grr rechecked the plugs with a glow plug tester i am at my whits ends wot is wrong is it the relay or the timer ??? the light stays on for a while as the the car warms up or after a few start and stops the light go outs as normal any help please

It will probably be the control unit/relay that is faulty.

is this a exspencive part to buy theres no time modual with it then just the black box relay then
