E Class Boot Measurements

Hi, can anyone help? I need to know the maximum height in the boot of an E Class W210/211. Short of going to a dealer with tape measure in hand, I thought I would ask here. The height from boot floor to underside of the rear windscreen area. They don't show that height on MB's web page.

Is this really the measurement you want??

Or is it the Loading height, ie max height of entry??

Depends what you want it for of course.

I need to get 2 suitcases in one on top of the other, so need to know the size. My S Class has a small boot compared to the E Class, but I am not sure of the height. Hope that explains it better.
