Hi everyone, noob question I am afraid. I have been reading the forum looking for answers but could not find anything specific.
I am driving a 2003 E 320 estate. When left alone for 24 or more hours and parked on an angle (one side higher than other) my suspension sags to rock bottom. Red lights on the dash and all that malarky.
However, when I park it on the flat this does not happen. My local garage has said that he has traced it to the rear air things (STOP LAUGHING!) and I am cool with this, but am a bit confused as to why it should sag when on an angle and not when both wheels are on the same level.
Any ideas?
TIA
