E220 2003 Auto box OIL Change HELP

I checked my gear box oil and its very old ,is it a diy job to change oil and ft a new filter

Sure it can be done DIY but when I considered it, it was going to cost about £120 for the parts and only cost £165 to have it done by an Indie. So decided for the sake of £45 I couldn't be bothered crawling around under the car on my back and of course should I ever need it, it is documented to add to the full history..
