E220 W211 Water in Oil

Hello everybody,
I think my E220 have his head gasket blown or more, i will explain :
- I removed almost 11l of oil in my engine, mixed with coolant (there is no oil in the coolant reservoir)
- A lot of white smoke after that i accelerated, same as this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ekaVPaWtm4
- Always pressure in hoses
- The Obd-diag say that there is too much pressure in the engine (i think)
Many people say that Mercedes headgasket is unbreakable so i want to know if there are other thing that can make this and if i can buy another another cylinder head gasket and change it myself (I have already changed in another small cars like Opel Corsa Citroën)

Does sound like a head gasket, but a compression test should confirm it. You can change the gasket yourself, but the head will need to be checked for straightness and cracks.

Raaah.. okey, i will start the dismount as soon as i can, is there a little tutorial or some pictures to help me a little bit? The engine looks huge, i searched on google but didnt found anything, thank you for your reply !
