I need a new set of tyres. The original P6000's fitted to my 2001 E240 are a bit flakey!
I don't drive fast, but I do a fair mileage on motorways. I use the Tyre Reviews site and they really seem to rate the Falkens;

Falken ZE914 | the Falken ZE914 reviewed and rated | the online tyre guide

I can get a set fitted (215 16 55 V) for £337.00. Just wondered if anyone has any first hand experience with these tyres?

Thanks

yep, these are replacements for the 912's.

I've just fitted a set of 914's to my w124 coupe after being impressed with the 912's. Highly recommended for both value and handling. They do the job in all conditions. I'll be fitting another set to the mrs. c coupe, its covered circa 20k and is near limit for the rears. The fronts have about 2mm tread left. Could probably sap another 5-6k out of them but as the car is going for service next week i'll replace.

You'll probably get a lot more k's out of them!!

That's what I needed to hear, cheers!

I have used Falken 452 tyres on a couple of cars, highly impressed with them, quiet, good grip and good value.

I have the 914 Eco runs on the rear of my E270, and am very happy with them.
Good grip wet and dry and are wearing very well, I would buy them again without hesitation.

Thanks for the feedback. I've booked a set online with Halfords.

I have Falkens on my W210 E320CDI - delighted with them so far

I have them on the rear of my W203 c220 cdi. They replaced Firestones and are much better. Brisk acceleration from a road junction kept giving me wheelspin with the Firestones, the Falkens don't. Wet road grip is excellent.

I got them fitted at home by UK Tyres Online: Cheap Tyres | Grippy UK. The price was fantastic, same price as budget tyres.
