Rear parking sensors that look reasonably OEM: easy. Plenty of kits available from the likes of Steelmate. Front as well: harder to get the OEM look, but honestly, I wouldn't bother unless you do a lot of tight car parks. I have rear only on my S211 and have never felt the need for fronts: the bonnet star gives a good indication of the front edge, and the corners are fairly easy to estimate.
Heated seats: again, retrofit OEM will be expensive and non-trivial, but an aftermarket kit like the Waeco MSH-50 would be easy enough *if* you can get your seat covers off.

Parking sensors - I had rear only fitted to my W211 saloon, wondered how I'd managed without. Local car audio guy did a terrific job, they were so neat that they were hard to see, so better looks than OEM. I opted for just a buzzer, no visual display. Great job for touch over £200.
Seat heaters - I now have them and place no real value on them, so in my view, not worth the considerable expense and effort.

In the price list booklet of 2006/7, Parktronic was £590 extra and Heated Seats £310 extra both under 'Comfort', although I could not manage a CLS without Parktronic myself.
I would have paid £500 extra for Harmon Kardon sound rather than heated seats or 18" wheels at £560 though, but thats just me.
That's the least of it, I'm amazed that xenons were not standard on this premium car, not least because they are listed in the Security and Safety section of the options list (at £1090 though!) as well as extra airbags and a fire extinguisher. So MB considered xenons a Safety extra themselves.
