E280 CDI W211 Error Codes

Hi guys,

I've got a problem with my car. A few days ago the check engine light came on and the car went into limp home mode. I switched the ignition off and on an then it drove fine, but the CEL stayed. Now the limp home mode has come back and won't go away.

I've got a generic code reader that I use with the Torque program. I've read the codes. There are a few logged and when I clear them they come straight back.

I've got:-

P0402 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Excessive Detected
P0406 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor A Circuit High

But I've also got some that I can't find a description for:-

P3001
P3502

And some chassis codes:-

C3001
C0400

Can anybody shed some light on the ones that I can't find and maybe help with the EGR related ones too?
