E320 Cdi 2008 servicing

Hi - my car has just flashed Service B due in 28 Miles. Car has 93,000 miles on the clock.

Anyone any idea if this is a big service and if so how much its likely to cost .... ?

Have a look at service book which should tell you which it is. Costs depend on location and Dealer / Indy rates. Where are you located?
