E320 sport estate paint code help please

my w211 paint code is 775C. i need a replacement door mirror and found 1, but they code on that 1 is 775U.

what does the letter mean please.

are the 2 colours the same?

Just been to my local benz dealer to buy c775 touchup for my car so I asked your question about c and u they are the same colour so u dont have to worry
