Apart from E320CDI Estate for my parents that I am actively looking for now I will need to start looking for a newer car for myself to replace by E300TD 1998.
I noticed that there is not much difference between E320CDI Saloon vs S320CDI wen they are about 8-12 years of age and low mileage, good condition S class are even easier to find than E class. In fact I even got a feeling by looking on Autotrader that low mileage good condition S class are cheaper than E class at that age...
Do S class cost a lot more to maintain / repair / own? Are there any other disadvantages they offer compared to E class that makes price of old E and S classes quite similar despite new prices being so different?
