E320's engine on W202

If you had both cars next to each other then yes. You would have to transplant the wiring loom and control units from the 210 into the 202. It would be a 202 with 210 running gear.

I have W202 C180 and I want to buy E320 engine an gearbox. is it fit on W202?
and which of the parts i need to buy for this project?

Would it just not be better if an e320 was bought? Apart from the rust issue which w202s also suffer from, its larger that the 202 and there are plenty of nice 210's around. Its just a matter of looking!

The best solution is to buy a Merc model with a bigger engine. Prices for big engined models in the UK will be falling with increasing fuel and VED costs.

Cheaper buying a C36 AMG. They are available sub £3k.

I've recently seen C43s sub 4k too, so rather than go through the hassle of an engine transplant, I'd buy a car which is 'straight out of the box' so to speak :bannana:

The bonus with a C43 or a C36 for that matter is it's all there to start with, proper brakes, suspension and diff.

defo go for the c36 or c43 option, you will spend alot more during a transplant!, and end up with half that of a c36/c43.
