E500 Limited on eBay

Not really:),

Just the same few cars that take forever to sell, and discussed loads over the last 12+ months

Anybody know anything about the history of this one? Looks to be a cracker from the photos and description!

Indeed! i don't know anything about the car but Phil Crouch is a very very highly regarded mechanic in Alpina/M car land.

Not to keen on silver personally but this looks a like a stunner

I take that back, as of d w124's new addition
Lol.The thing is that when i was looking for one, there was not much uot there. The only way was to import one,but now :):)

sales of 500e's are indeed like buses...never one around when you need it !

Actually, true in that there are always 500e's for sale...usually always blue/black or a shade thereof....the interesting colours like Alamndine red, nautic blue, Spruce Green, 040 Black, Yellow are very rarely seen for sale.

cheers

Yellow  Have you seen any in UK?

yellow exterior, standard black recaro interior, 3 piece split rims, brabus springs and clear front indicators... would look the biz!

Ill keep an eye but IIRC the 500E ones are 8J?

 Yellow maybe, but those comedy wheel arches are just too much!
I just the pic on the top i mean, just to see the color.:)
Not big fan of them arches myself, the E500 body is wide enough
