e55 and amg badges

hello people where can i get these badges went to mercedes and they wanted stupid money for them.

Lots on ebay, just be careful of some of the chinese ones, can be a different size to the originals

Hope you're not badging your CL500 as an E55 AMG, the AMG version of the CL would be typically be a CL55 AMG. They also did a CL65.

Sorry but NEVER seen the point of badging something that it isnt!...except a mate who badged his BMW M3 as 318i now thats worth doing

Cos it was taking the piss out of people who badge a car like say for example an E200 as an E63 wots the point in that?!

I think your missing my point, don't badge a car as a 2.0 litre if it isn't, or an AMG if it isn't AGREED.

But badging a car as a 1.8 when its an M3 is equally as stupid IMO. The only reason to do that is so that you can feel like a big man when someone who doesn't know what the car is isn't expecting you to beat them when you have a traffic light dash, but IMO that you makes you a complete tool. A car is what it is, leave it like that and don't be so stupid.

I agree with you, was just saying that somebody I know did that once and I thought that it was funny........but if you want to get all funny about it then thats upto you!
