My W212 E63 6.3 Exhaust videos thread. The car in the video/ videos has a resonator delete. With stainless steel straight pipes in place. Zero drone when cruising, just more amplified AMG exhaust sound on medium or heavy throttle.

The videos may be of help to any M156 owners who want to do some exhaust mods. As stated above these exhaust tones are with the resonator deleted with stainless steel straight pipes in place. The videos don't give the exhaust sounds the best justice but give a fair idea. I'm really happy with the way my car sounds. What I find with this set up is it's not really raspy like some m156. It's kept its AMG bark but more pronounced. Especially upshifts and downshifts are amazing.

Hope most enjoy the videos, was quite fun making them, with the help of my two middle sons. Thanks "Boys".

Headphones recommended for the better sound justification.

The resonator delete is well worthwhile doing on any of the V8 AMG engines for that extra volume.

You really ought to have mentioned it before now

A couple of videos with gentle acceleration and brisk acceleration might be helpful, as foot to the floor acceleration will be a rarity on the road.

In all honesty the in motion videos were not WOT as i wouldn't get traction. I also upshifted well before redline. But I agree I will do one or two in the future with easy acceleration in D or S mode.

D mode and S mode are definitely more quite with exhaust tone. S+ and M modes do bring the exhaust note to life.
