eBay & Amazon automation

For a while now I've been selling items on eBay and amazon... that said, recently I've started selling services.

One of these requires a buyer to fill out a questionaire. While I can send this link manually, I would like to automate this so that it's sent once the buyer pays via paypal.

Ideally, the link would need some GET variables to help me with tracking e.g.
www.mysite.com/template.php?ebayUsername=bob&itemID=123

Any ideas of software that can help me accomplish this?

So it would need to autorespond to a payment notification message? What email setup have you got?

The most basic of the basics... Hosted MX boxes (hostmonster) with an IMAP over SSL connection to keep everything sync'ed...

I'm thinking of setting up an email account, check it with PHP scripts and automatically email the buyer when an email comes in... problem is, it would be very easy to spoof (i.e. send an email to the seller's paypal address purporting to be from paypal and the trick is done)...

Carefull, Amazon are very very touchy about contact info sent in emails via the messge system and will suspend you in a twitch
