Email client issues

... and I thought Steve only supersized his meals ......

>***

have you had a beer or three this evening?

Only unusually for you I'm really struggling to understand your posts tonight.

If it's not necessary to send html emails, you can easily tick the 'plain text' option to send emails without the fancy bells and whistles (font / size/ embedded pictures/ etc)

t.

is that received in Outlook Express in zillion font or on the BT yahoo web client inbox in zillion font or both?

Received in Outlook Express. Will look in web client inbox later.

Got one back from Derek this AM and my email suddenly looks massive, and I did not send it to him in that font.

I will try the plain text option for emailing Derek from now on.

Right, so Dereks client does not struggle with my emails sent from my client in plain text, yet with HTML they do.

Bizzare, spoke to someone else I email and they have no issues and run outlook express. Dereks reply is not supersize on mine either although when I hit reply to his, its back in HTML,

normally an email in plain text prompts the reply to be in plain text, yet Dereks has gone back to HTML and when I reply its in HTML. The font of my original plain text email has changed in Dereks reply to a HTML font.

Something is very odd.
