Engine cover missing?

I have a 2002 c-class coupe and I recently saw a picture on the following link:

(the M111 engine)

I noticed on the picture that the engine has 2 covers, one which has the red kompressor logo on it and another that is to the right of the oil cap. Does anyone who has a c-class coupe confirm to me whether UK cars either have or dont have that part.

I would say that the red panel is or should be standard on most (non amg) kompressor engines from 96 onwards?

I think the panel to the right of the oil cap is non mb? possibly of a vw? and cut to fit?

the panel to the right is standard on some models, I bought both halves of that panel to see if it'd fit my car, it doesn't (yet).

I have owned 2* C200Ks (sallons) - the first one was a 2002 build car and had a red Kompressor engine cover and the second one was a 2003 build car and did not have the red komprerssor engine cover... (if thats any hekp to you guys...)

I have the red kompressor bit, i'm talking about the bit that Shude bought to retrofit to his engine. Shude, is that a W203 bit you are trying to fit to your W202?
