EPC and WIS

Hi all,

Does anyone have/know where I can get an EPC and WIS (preferably software). Seems parts.com no longer works as a makeshift EPC.
Alternatively an online one would be great - would still save the parts desk queue somewhat.
I understand the CDs/DVDs are up to a certain year but I am happy with it until 2010/2015.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful.

There was a free WIS online but it was removed, probably due to IPR infringement.

Not sure how you can (legally) get WIS unless you're a garage.

Yes. Hence why many of the ones that last the longest are on Russian domains.
