Euro 6 and the ULEZ

Hi all

This is the data from my v5 for my w212 e350 2010.

I'm guessing it's not euro 6, based on specifically the v.4 which I understand needs to be 0.08 to be euro 6 And v.3

Am I correct or incorrect?

If correct, can a retrofit be done to make it complaint and registered as so with dvla?
