I'm about to empty an oversize tin of Chappie for the dogs. Tomorrow I'll have two empty tins - you're welcome to them for a Mk 2 if you wish!

Oh, ho, ho, I'm so funny!

def need them bigger and closer!, otherwise not a bad job!

They look too close together in that photo but if you took a shot incorporating the whole rear end they may well look fine. Do a piccy with the whole rear end please :D

They need an oem bolt-on trim on top of them!

SLK/CLK chrome oval trim would do, one on each! :D

Not a bad siggestion.

Greg - if they had an oval design it might be easier to close that gap, while aligining straight on your current pipes and without ending up with a 3" bore on each pipe!

They are too far apart. I didn't vote - crap is a bit harsh but I don't think they are useable as is.

Ditto

I agree, they need a Mk2 but it is developable (at a price). I've taken them off the car for now and will investigate the next stage. Thanks for the honest answers.

I think mk2 is needed.
mk1 looks a bit like a Rover 600

True! But my research budget was a bit less than Rovers!

I think that would work very well.

I just rang MB and 2 x A Class oval trims £150 +VAT :(

Still pending I'm afraid. I will try and get around to it soon. Thanks for the interest.
