Exhaust

better not come to merseyside.
I have not got any of that and i still get all the aggro.
Anyway we have history with her majesties finest

The nitrous issue started off bad but since a proven safety measure video was presented to insurance companies displaying an attemped overtake of a lorry most insurance companies. Including mine. Are happy to have it fitted to their clients vehicles.

Safety isn't the issue, I referred to - rather it was the underwriting risk of having a young inexperienced driver (no offense) seriously increasing the performance of their car.

They may allow you to do this, but I would imagine the cost to be reasonably high.

Its just something you should check out and get in writing from them...

Rather than spend your money on nitrous I would be looking at a re-map and some cams as an upgrade. This is more subtle and will give you good gains.

Nitrous is ok but there are better more interesting modifications out there. The stainless exhaust will probably add no extra power at all.

A well serviced car can also optimise performance so make sure what you have is uptogether first like brakes suspension, engine etc.

The key with modding a MB is taste. Keep it tasteful with no additional chrome and really dark tints and you can't go far wrong.

Black out your windows and the plodd with think you have somthing to hide.

Swann, give me a call in the morning and I can put you in touch with an exhaust manufacturer in Ormskirk. I work in Kirkham by the way :D oh and welcome

Ian have you heard about any ormskirk breakers yet?
I get the details tomorrow when the customer who has them phones me up. Will be posted when I have them

hi

I travel to motorway everyday What do you drive?
Cheers recycled v helpful been looking for hp for a while.

oh yeah and the reason I choose nos over cams etc is because I read the entire website of this:
http://www.diy-nitrous.fsnet.co.uk/
Interesting read if you have a few hours

hi

I always keep the car well serviced, have to with the sort of motorway miles I am doing.

Just had oil done and new clutch was needed as the other died, well it didn't die but the bearing was was making a familiar sound I don't like.

Changed the clutch on an old BMW i had a while back. Considered this then saw the box and decided not.

The millage I do is astonishing but it is a nice car to drive so I don't mind.

I've never seen any mbclub stickers on any cars or many enthusiasts.
Got to say though I'd never look back since changing from the bm.

So who lives local to me?

Live in Bpool Drive daily to m55 and beyond.

What we all running?
