Extended warranty servicing question

If I opt to extend my warranty through Mercedes do I have to use dealers for servicing work? Or can I use indies who use genuine parts?

As said. Main dealer.
If you use an indi nothing will be said unless you go to claim, then your claim will be rejected. Extended warranty is an insurance policy you are taking out and will be underwritten - so when you sign up for it you sign to accept their terms and main dealer servicing is one of them.
