fault code 2574-1

Hi all, can anyone point me as to where to search for fault code 2574-1, I've used the search facility which returns no posts. what am I doing wrong||, or does anyone know of a fix/cause. Mercedes 2006 w203 facelift. no other faults recorded and no messages either. can clear codes but comes back on several starts later. code reader says== zero quantity calibration for the cylinder number 1, maximumactuation period was exceeded. The first thing your doing wrong is using a generic reader. Go visit an indie who has Star and see what codes it produces. But it "could" be a faulty injector.
