w203 220 CDI (2005)
I've just had my w203 put on a generic obd11 reader.

these were the codes

P2024- check component B2/5b1 (intake air temp sensor) the signal voltage is too high

P0100- check charge air system. The air mass is too small

P1222- check component sensor in component B37(accelerator pedal sensor) The signal voltage is too high

the air mass one is probably where i disconnected it trying to see if thats what was causing my limp home mode. I did buy a new MAF including the housing.

The mil light doesn't come on when in limp mode which is now happening on a daily basis.

Any help on how to find and remedy the other 2 fault codes would be greatly appreciated.:thumb:

Sorry to hijack your thread.
I've just put in a thread "Which OBD2 Unit" in Electronics.
Do you happen to know which generic OBD11 reader was used, as it sounds like its finding the "deep" sort of codes.
Good luck with your limp problem, I've got limp on my A160.

Do you have any boost leaks?

It looks like the throttle pedal is faulty. Can you check the throttle position on your equipment? This needs to be checked as fault codes are only a guide.

Not sure about checking the throttle position.

How would I do that?

the OBD2 was a hand held "SNAP ON" unit at a mates garage.

You need to check the live data with your code reader if it can do it for throttle position and make sure the values change uniformly when the pedal was pressed.
