Few issues 15 plate W205

hey folks picked up my 15 plate c220 bluetec but having a few snags with it

It’s going in for fault diagnostics tomorrow

Firstly is the drivers heated seat. When I switch it on the light illuminates for 5 seconds then switches off. (Having read other forums I believe it could be a dodgy heating element )

Secondly is the window override function. No matter what I do I can’t get the thing to disengage

Any of you kind people possibly point me in the right direction

I have had a look at fuse diagrams but I am unable to find a fuse directly connected to the window override
