Finally Here

Finally received my vehicle today (c220 sport plus saloon) and have spent the morning getting used to vehicle. Firstly can I thank everyone for all advise from some of my stupid questions but this is my first MB so not an easy decision.

Vehicle is far better than I thought I have only test driven a Sport so really pleased with interior and actually like the wheels now. Just on final stage of updating becker which is a pain takes so long, only thing I am not happy with so far is the grille. Only mod for me at the moment is the rear window tints hopefully to oem spec and possibly a new grille (If I can get similar to grill on handling package) and also amp but will use system for a while to make final decision.

Paired all phones with no issues and getting text message on the blackberry did not try the iphones yet. Color is standard black which i thought I made mistake with but is exactly what I wanted especially after wasting my money on BMW carbon black. Also the brake callipers should they not be matching I have black at the front and silver on rears. thanks again.

I would agree on that although not sure about what grille to get.

Didn't mean to press send. Would love to know what you decide to do with windows and grill as they are the 2 things I have been considering but have yet to go any further. Lot has been said about the cks grill but I have also heard it does not fit as well.
Only downside with mine is a slight jolt from auto box when dropping from second to first when coming to a stop, doesn't do it all the time and mer can find nothing wrong, problem is the fact I know it's there makes me think about it every time I get in the car.
I did think about possibly getting it remapped but have decided against that for the time being.

7 speed merc boxes jolt. Not unheard of even on 7g plus.

A used C63 grille would be a nice mod, one I've planned for a while.

I've not done enough driving yet to really notice any issues other than really happy with it, messed up with my becker set-up so had to reinstall all again. So might hopefully get a late spin, I will maybe get grille done shortly not sure about windows yet but If I do go for it will be soon.

Think there would be a bit of a gap - the grille on the C63 is a different size to the rest of the range
