Compton Abbas has always been a favourite place to visit either by air or car so it was something I had been looking forward to since Guy Ritchie bought it and carried out some major upgrades to the airfield and particularly the newly built main Café along with. some additional facilities for food and drink

Looks rather plush - great weather for flying too 🛩️
 
It was, a little haze on the horizon but probably 15km visibility and just a few lumpy bits 👌✈️😎
Don't like lumpy bits - I once flew back from Sweden on BA through some summer storms. I had a rotten head cold and the flight was seriously bumpy. I don't think I've ever been happier to see Heathrow that evening. I'm sure I left dents in the seat armrest.
