I have electric seats in my 219 but no memory package with the buttons.
What's involves in retro-fitting it?

The memory package also includes the electrically folding side mirrors.

If you have the full-electric seats, then I am assuming you'll need new side mirrors (if yours aren't electric), new door switches with the memory buttons and the wiring looms to the connect to the door control module, and SCN coding.

Hi
You will need a seat control module fitted to each seat, new seat motors, new front door cards to take the additional switches, new steering column to convert to electric as this is part of the memory package, also key dependent memory is part of the package.
As stated above about door mirrors folding, even if you have folding mirrors if you will need to replace the mirror motors.
There are many many aspects of the memory package on the 219.
I wouldn't attempt this without a complete donor car.

As a starter, a retro fit of folding mirrors is in excess of £1k on some models...

I have memory seats without folding mirror, so it is not must... but I believe it is true that door cards/control units are different with or without memory option.

Probably be cheaper to sell the existing car and buy one with it.
