Flat battery, dash lights on.

Woke up to a flat battery on our 03 A170 diesel...

Whilst waiting for mobile mechanic to arrive, I noticed that most of the dash warning lights are on, even when the key is removed. (Or they were, for several hours, before the battery became too drained.)

Suggestions appreciated... please/thanks/etcetera.

Has anyone fitted a new radio to your car recently? I've seen it before where the ACC-on and main power input have been bridged, leading to the car's ignition effectively staying on...!
