Fog light blulb change

Hello,

I need to change the bulb in my front fog light (please see attached picture). I've had a look in the User Manual but it only mentions how to change bulbs in the main light cluster. Mine has the AMG body kit (UK - 1999, CLK).

I'm not sure how the light actually comes apart, whether I need to take the plastic covers off (at the back of the bumper in the wheel arch) or if the whole light comes out from the front.

Sorry I'm a bit of a novice; does anyone know how to take the bulb out and what replacement one I need?

well..mine doesn't have the body kit but im sure its the same principle. You have to get underneath the car...jacking it up ususally helps, then unscrew the bolts and remove the plastic cover. You then have a housing cover on the actualy fog lamp unit - remove that. Then just play around with the clamps that hold the bulb into place and replace the bulb. Its quite tedious the first time you do it but it gets easier with practice.....enjoy!
