I Have a SLK55AMG and the N/Side fog light glass is cracked can you get a new glass if so from ?

Regards
Bri

Not sure about the glass, but replacements are about £50+ from eBay (made by Hella) and are easy to install. There are good instructions on SLKworld :)

preface SLK?

Fog Lamp Right A1708200256
Fog Lamp Left A1708200156

I would also change the seals, there is an updated rear cap also.

Just replaced my fog light on c class w204 amg bumper. Could not get the glass on its own, but found a used genuine one on ebay £20.

Be wary of after market, I tried 1 from Euro parts, 1 from Ace parts ebay and one from Gumtree. The non genuine aren't quite right and do not line up correctly.

Try Dronfields, but I found a lot of places wanted to sell the fogs and bumpers together. Mercedes Leicester quoted £97 for one fog light.

Mines had a crack on the glass and a pin hole sized hole, manageed to sell it on ebay for £10 to someone with a totally smashed glass on fog light.

The aftermarket DEPO SLK55 foglights are the best bet. Fitted perfectly and the glass is much less prone to shattering than the OEM fog light. The OEM units are so prone to corroding and the seals deteriorating that I would just replace the whole unit...much easier too than replacing the glass too.
