For sale is my 1992 300SL in brilliant gleaming white with a matching hardtop and black hood, the car also has 18inch AMG alloys, with nearly new tryes, i am not sure if they are genuine or replicas wheels. The car has covered 154,000 mile and has service history. The interior is grey leather, electric seats etc. The MOT is until Sept 08. It drives and looks great for the cars age.
It has been standing for the last few months and as such it needs some small jobs doing, the instrument cluster has been replaced as the old one was faulty, the speedo is still not working, i am assumming the fault is the speed sensor or a loose conection somewhere and not the new cluster as this works fine on test mode. Next thing, the hood was working fine but now has stopped doing so, will not come up, am in the process of hopefully sorting this out. The car does not smoke, make any funny noises or leak oil, it does not overheat and the oil pressure is fine.
I am looking at offers in the region of £4500.

Just needs a little love and attention, once it is taxed you can drive the car straight away and do the jobs later if you wish i just do not have the time to do so due to other commitments.
