Hi all, after seeing that it may be possible to put a set of four pot brakes on a merc that has two pot brakes on it how difficult is it and will I have to change alot or will they bolt straight on  Even if you think I'm off my head let me know any feed back is good.
Thanks Derick.

In simply terms of course it is possible as many ranges feature models with bigger brakes. Most of the suspension is modular based so its a case of sourcing all the parts (new or used).
If you are really lucky it might be the calliper, calliper carrier and the discs only.
Alternatively looks at a conversion kit.

Unless you are going made with mods, then normally better pads and drilled/slotted discs are enough to improve braking.

Thanks Tony I have a scrap yard near me with five MBs (190e,w202,w203, and 2xw210).Thay get more car in daly I never know what he's got in but he keeps hold of cars I am looking for so I may be able to take the hole legs off.
